There is no shortage of talk about moving to the Cloud, but for larger businesses, the transition can seem challenging. To answer the many questions organizations of this size have about Cloud migration, Provoke and Microsoft yesterday hosted a joint event to showcase the merits of Office 365. Over 30 CIOs and Executives attended the luncheon at Kermadec, supported by the Provoke Auckland Account Managers.
Guests were not only treated to a delicious lunch but also some insightful presentations from Provoke customers, Partners Life and NZ Rugby and Provoke COO (and Office 365 MVP) Brendon Ford. Partners Life's GM of Software Development, Mark Lewis, delivered a compelling talk about how Office 365 has assisted his rapidly growing insurance company to reduce the drain of their 300,000 paper documents. While Jeremy Burrows from NZ Rugby confirmed that Office 365 had been an easy deployment and well-received productivity tool in New Zealand's most important office.
The event was a great success and inspired some important discussion of how Office 365 can be leveraged without compromising flexibility, control or depth of integration.
