THE CHALLENGE

Partners Life is an innovative, New Zealand-owned Life Insurance company. The management team made the decision to focus on their core business, rather than running an IT department. They needed a solution that would scale quickly, be flexible in design and be easily maintained as IT resource would be kept minimal.

In conjunction with this, Partners Life wanted to streamline and automate other processes within their business. With 300,000 paper documents on premise, they knew that in order to reduce drain on resources, insure against loss and embody their forward-thinking philosophy, they needed to digitize their workflow.

THE SOLUTION

To accommodate their speedy growth, Provoke helped Partners Life implement Office 365. This delivered key productivity tools; Outlook, Exchange, and Office in a manner which allowed for rapid scaling. It also included MS Lync to assist in the collaboration requirements of a geographically dispersed workforce.

The back-scanning and workflow solution we implemented in order to convert Partners Life's documents to electronic assets had a significant positive impact on customer service delivered and its associated costs. The solution also leveraged SharePoint online licensing that Partners Life already had.
